Duties & Responsibility:
- Lead and support teammates to ensure effective team operation and educate the colleagues
- Cooperate with architect team in order to complete the design blueprint for whole building project or partial project
- Visit construction site regularly to ensure construction smoothness and precision
- Communicate; negotiate with client in term of design, schedule, etc. ( Customers are 80% Japanese Companies, and 20% Thai company)

Qualification:
[Must]
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 27 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- 5 years of expertise in architectural design
- Hold Thai’s Professional Architecture License (สามัญสถาปัตย์ขึ้นไป)
- Good command in English and able to attend and comprehend meeting that conducted in English
- PC skill (MS Office)

Workplace Area: Sathorn (Bangkok) / BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (9.00 – 18.00) Work 1 Saturday/month
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 THB/ Month
