Work outline: Responsible for providing Bookkeeping service/tax filling service/payroll service for client and also Financial and Tax Due Diligence

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Provide bookkeeping services for a client to be compliant with Thai regulation
Ø    Provide Tax filling services for a client to be compliant with Thai taxation (eg. PND3, 53, 50, 51, PP30 for corporation and PND90, 91, 93 for expat)
Ø    Provide payroll calculation services which include social insurance calculation and preparation of PND1 to be compliant with Thai regulation
Ø    Provide bookkeeping/tax filling/salary calculation of the company under the review of Manager
Ø    Prepare company’s document/records under the review of Manager
Ø    Deal with government officers for company’s matters under the review of Manager
Ø    Provide financial and tax due diligence services for the target company in M&A transaction
Ø    Support overseas business expansions of the Japanese companies
Ø    Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, Male/female , ages 30-40 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s degree
Ø    3 years of working experience in Big4 (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC or E&Y
Ø    Experience in bookkeeping and tax filling
Ø    Proficiency in MS office

 Prefer:
Ø    Good analytical skills
Ø    Strong Interest in accounting and tax fields

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi
 Working Hour: Monday-Friday 09:30 – 17:30 (7hrs)
