Senior Accounting Manager (Construction Firm) (95K–180K) (SDG-113242)

<Job responsibilities>
- Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the Review and implementation of process and system changes
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and Business practices
- Participate in strategic financial projects including upgrades/phase-two implementation of accounting software (if any)
- Ensure Compliance with internal Control policies in an ISO/audit environment
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and Compliance
- Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or other stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close
and all internal management and financial reporting through annual report
- Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in the chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements
and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of all transactions
- Analyze the effect of statutory accounting practices and study regulations and guidance to ensure the correct application of
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles:
- Make recommendations for changes as needed to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and establish
the proper techniques to discover and prevent fraud
- Prepare detailed journal entries and account analyses
- Assist with the compilation of information for the preparation of tax returns
- Work with audit, tax and Treasury Manager to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through annual report
- Prepare summary feedback of financial statement variances to budget
- Actively Review and advise on financial/accounting processes education and training




<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics
- 6 years in the Accounting or Finance sectors manager in construction firm
- Minimum 5 years of Auditing experience
- Good knowledge of accounting programs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Excellent English communication skills (presentation and documents)
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Experience in ERP is preferred
- Financial advising license CPA/CPD is preferred
- Detail-oriented person
- Good communication skills ( English Business level )
- Have positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to effectively influence and Develop Strong relationships

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)

- ประสบการณ์ 6 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีหรือการเงินในบริษัทก่อสร้าง
- ประสบการณ์การตรวจสอบบัญชีขั้นต่ำ 5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านโปรแกรมบัญชีเป็นอย่างดี
- ความรู้ขั้นสูงเกี่ยวกับ Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ดีเยี่ยม (การนำเสนอและเอกสาร)
<ทักษะ/ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ERP จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ควรมีใบอนุญาตที่ปรึกษาทางการเงิน CPA/CPD
- ผู้ที่มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี (ระดับธุรกิจภาษาอังกฤษ)
