<Job responsibilities>
Accounting Task 70%
- Issue for billing document to customer part of Summary
- Issue for receipt document to customer part of Summary
- Issue for withholding tax Certificate document to Vender.
- Record account receivable income payment
- Record account Payable vender
- Record account Payable vender
- Record payment - Petty Cash
- Record Clearing Suspense tax
- IPS Issue PO on ERPD365
- Adjust account receivable
- Adjust account Payable
- Issue and apply P.N.D. 3, 53
- Issue PP. 30 report and submit to RD
- Reconciliation VAT with document
- Issue bank Reconciliation
- checking invoice: screen and file
- checking Saling invoice: screen and file
- Stationary stock control
- Purchase order Stationary
- Classified document, income letter
- checking documents before filing
- Prepare document RO20 and go to RVD
- control accounting document
- Monthly/yearly closing statement.
- Additional tasks are assigned by a manager.
Administration task. 30%
- Prepare and submit relevant documents related to tax, social security, and other payroll-related reports
- manage employee welfare and benefits such as group insurance, annual health Check-ups, other programs
- Plan and schedule annual health Check-ups for employees and coordinate with hospitals or healthcare providers.
- Support HR-related activities and projects as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in the accounting (AP,AR) field in trading or manufacturing company
- Experience in financial statement closing.
- Experience in Payroll.
- Excellent in using VLOOKUP, pivot table in Microsoft office Excel
- English conversational middle level (Communication with Japanese manager, Documents and e-mail)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having Experience with ERP Microsoft Dynamic has an advantage.
- Experience in the admin field.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday)
