Work outline: Responsible for account payable, expense and payment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To record accrual expense and review to make sure all expenses are recorded correctly in SAP
Ø To record inter-co expenses in SAP
Ø To review purchasing spare parts and make sure the transaction are recorded correctly
Ø To record inventory transfer to expense and fixed assets in SAP
Ø To record JV adjustment monthly in SAP
Ø To manage Fixed assets process
Ø To issue Credit note for sales goods return
Ø To take responsible for vender master file
Ø To prepare output vat monthly report
Ø To issue and record Credit note for sales promotion
Ø To prepare monthly reports such as inventory and spare parts, expenses by cost center and cash flow data
Ø To prepare balance sheet G/L reconciliation and PP 30
Ø To coordinate with sales department for customer credit limit information for trade insurance
Ø To prepare data for consolidate package report
Ø To prepare information for CIT tax calculation to conform to Revenue Code section 65 twin
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other related fields
Ø 3 – 5 years of working experience in Accounting Field
Ø Good computer skill of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ø Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ø Detail oriented
Preferable:
Ø Having knowledge of SAP is preferable
Languages skills
English: Daily conversional or none
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
