Work outline: Review & verifying of AP/ AR/ PV/ RV /GL, Perform month-end / quarter -end / year- end closings of all GL accounts reconciliation in Balance sheet within the specified deadlines
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Perform month-end / quarter -end / year- end closings of all GL accounts reconciliation in Balance sheet within the specified deadlines
Ø Responsible for all intercompany transaction to make sure all the outstanding balances are accurate and follow up timely
Ø Observe cycle counts and physical counts, ensure variances are reconciled co-ordinate with related department.
Ø Support Manager to manage cash flow in local bank including FX forecast to ensure all outgoing payment is properly approved and ensuring correctness and validity of payment in terms of compliance to relevant policies and procedure, and assist manager to reinforce financial policies and procedure.
Ø Ensuring the timely filling of AP / PV / RV/GL documents, tax documents and other documents related to relevant transactions under responsibility.
Ø Dealing with external parties including auditors and various government authorities. Also, collaborate with other departments on accounting related matters.
Ø Any other related tasks as assigned..
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-37 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance
Ø At least 5 years in Accounting/Auditing/Finance field working
Ø Good command of English language, written and spoken
Ø Communication skill and coordination skill
Preferable:
Ø Possess CPD license
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 17.30
