Work Outline: Be responsible and support all the Accounting tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc., submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Organize and maintain financial records
Managing accounting data, making report
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai national, Female only, age 30-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in accounting ONLY
At least 5 years’ experience focusing on inventory control, costing and VAT and able to reconcile for report supporting financial report
Able to understand accounting system
Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula
Preferable Skill / Experience
Supervise skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
