Purpose and objectives
•Able to contribute many kind of industries such as automotive, digital consumer electronics, smartphone, medical care, etc.
•Able to work in the company listed with first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
•Able to work in largest EMS company in Japan
Outline: Be responsible and support all the Accounting tasks
Responsibility:
•Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
•Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
•Be responsible for accounting function, for example, issuing invoice, etc, submit all documents to accounting firm for preparation of financial statements in English
•Ensure payments to suppliers & others are done on timely
•Supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
•Organize and maintain financial records
•Managing accounting data, making report
•Prepare monthly account reconciliations
•Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Must
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age between 25 – 35 years old
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
•More than 3 years experiences focusing on inventory control, costing and VAT and able to reconcile for report supporting financial report.
•Able to understand accounting system
•Able to use computer especially MS. Excel formula
Language Skill: English – Communicational Level
Workplace Area:Silom - Bangkok
Working Hour:8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
