Duties & Responsibility:

(Work Outline) 

Handle with month-end closing and ensure the deadline is on time

(Products) 

Focus on print circuit board

(Detail) 

Control the accounts payable especially payment functions ensuring accurate recording of expenses and payment of vendors in a timely

Handle all trade creditors process, prepare payment, Checking the outstanding balance, review

the monthly report, WHT preparation, Checking and follow up

Prepare bank reconciliation at the end of the month

Prepare payment voucher and record in the system

Follow up customs VAT receipt to filing in input tax report

Handle all petty cash voucher and summary report for reimbursement

Responsible for withholding tax report (PND.3 and PND.53)

Responsible for purchase VAT report (PP.30 and PP.36) for submit to Revenue and report

Monitor Assets Code, Calculation of depreciation & amortization for the month ended

Participate for count stocks and checking the stock detail after count

Handle any other jobs as assigned by Manager

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Thai Nationality;Male or Female; Age between 28 - 36 years old.

Bachelor Degree or higher in Major Account or related field

Minimum 5 years work experiences in Finance and Accounting such as A/P, G/L, and taxes.

Good command of spoken and written in English

Computer literacy ex. MS office, Word, Excel, PPT

Understand the concept of ISO9001 & ISO14001

Self-motivated, ability to work independently.

Hard working, willing to learn and proactive, high responsibility and good business judgment.

Languages skills:

English: Business level

Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 17:30)
