Duties & Responsibility:

Setup working standard procedure to comply with company policy

Create / maximize customer satisfaction

Monitor and control team member’s performance to achieve target

To evaluate subordinates’ performances

Manpower & workload management

Kaizen & Improvement activity e.g. Global rules, People Buildout

Maintain and educate system operation WEST, ORION to Global Parts members

Solving daily operation problems both internal & external

Summarize and report section performance and result to management

Qualifications:

[Must]

•Male only, Age 30-35 years old

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Business Management or related field

•5-10 years experienced in Automotive business, Kaizen, Planning 

•Good command of English 

•Able to drive a car (obtain Driving License)

•Work improvement thinking, Problem solving, Profit-Loss analysis, New business development

•Strong leadership skills

[Prefer]

•Strong knowledge in KAIZEN is an advantage

•Good skills in people development 

Languages skills 

English: Business level

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn, Chonburi

Working Hour: Mon – Fri 08:30 – 17:30 

About the Benefit

Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/ Month
