Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese Management
Ø Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
Ø Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.
Ø Coordinate with all department and outside people
Ø Other assigned task by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female only, age 30-40 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Ø Workin experience in Secretary, Interpreter or related fields
Ø Good command in Japanese (N2 or above)
Ø Communication skill and customer service
Languages skills
English: Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation Level N1, N2
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk
Working Hour: 08:00 - 17:45 (Mon-Fri) (some Saturday follow up company calendar around 7 days)
