Work Outline: Responsible for supporting Japanese Managing director to make his work smoothly
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Japanese MGR
Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned.
Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor
Manage/coordinate business presentations and reviews for meetings
Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work
Other task assigned by Japanese MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 30-40 years
Bachelor Degree
More than 5 years’ experience as a secretary
Business level of Japanese (N1-N2 Level)
Conversational level of English
Friendly, Detail oriented
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (N1-N2)
Workplace Area: Bangkadi Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
