Work Outline: Interpret between Japanese and Thai in English and support admin and secretary tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret and translate between English and Thai
Secretary work to support Japanese MD
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese
Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Manage and order office supplies, manage and maintain the company car
Sometime driving to construction site (Rayong, Chonburi and Ayutthaya around 1 - 2 hours from Bangkok by car) to arrange between Thai and Japanese as interpreter at construction site.
Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence
Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement
Performing related tasks as assigned
Provide full functions of assistant to Japanese
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female only, Age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
English business level
Have driving’s license
Fresh graduated are welcome
Good and attentive personality
Be able to use Ms Word, Excel
Be able to visit industrial area by own drive (2 times/month)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience as secretary, administration, interpreter or translator, etc.
TOEIC Score more than 800
Languages skills
English: Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000-25,000 THB Negotiable
