Work outline: Support Japanese MD for the document and secretary task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Japanese MD
Provide clerical and administrative support to management and team.
Translate necessary documents as requested.
Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls.
Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence.
Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement for VP
Prepare meeting agenda, take minutes of meeting, and arrange appointment
Handle role of interpreter in the meeting, some ceremony translation and etc.
Coordinate with all department and outside people
Support Japanese management to ensure smooth communication with local staff.
Handle and support ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 24-30 years old
Bachelor degree in Japanese or related field
Have 1 years’ experience in Interpreter or coordinator
Good command in Japanese (JLPT Level 2 up)
Good command of English (TOEIC score 500 up)
If have experience in automobile field will be advantage
Computer literacy (MS.office)
Hard working/ Enthusiastic
Positive attitude
Cooperativeness
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level (TOEIC score 500 up)
Japanese: Business level (JLPT Level 2 up)
Workplace Area: Ladkrabang Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (work on Saturday 13-15 times/ year depending on company calendar)
