Work Outline: Be in charge of overall task related to secretary
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide full functions of assistant to Japanese Executive Officer
Provide administrative and secretarial support to Top Management, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
Establish and maintain confidential files concerned with personnel and or policy matters and are responsible for releasing information to authorized parties
Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence
Screening incoming correspondence and report
Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement
Coordinating and facilitating with all departments
Performing related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24 - 40 years old
Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
At least 1 year experience as secretary
Good command of Japanese
Patience, diligence, honesty, responsibility, good personality and eloquent
Have basic e-mail response skill
Able to work over time
Have the ability to use Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook
Have the ability to deal with visitors
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Experience in Real Estate industry
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Business level (N2 – N1)
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (6 days off a month)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 THB Negotiable
