Work Outline: Be in charge of overall task related to secretary and administration
Duties & Responsibility:
-Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
-Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
-Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
-Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
-Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
-Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Thai Nationality
Female, age 23-27
Fresh graduated are welcome
Have interpersonal skills and service mind
Able to communicate in English language in conversational to business level
Be able to challenge in new set up company
[Prefer]
Good command of Japanese
Experience in administration or secretary tasks
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri, National holiday)
