Duties & Responsibility:
- Arrange the daily schedule (including meeting and business trip plan) for Japanese and Thai lawyers
- Establish and maintain confidential files concerned with personnel
- Record time sheet for lawyers’ monthly pay
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyer, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls from Japanese and overseas customers.
- Manage and arrange the legal documents in each law case
- Coordinating and facilitating with all departments
- Other duties will be instructed by supervisors
Qualification:
- Female Only, Age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor or higher degree in Arts, Law or related field.
- Experiences at least 1-3 years in secretary field
- Good personality and well business manner
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Japanese in business level
- Well- organize and highly detail oriented in work
Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00

Salary: 40,000-65,000 THB/ Month
