Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full functions of assistant to Japanese GM
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Top Management, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Establish and maintain confidential files concerned with personnel and/or policy matters and are responsible for releasing information to authorized parties
- Receiving and distributing mails and correspondence
- Screening incoming correspondence and report
- Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement
- There is a possibility of overseas(Japan, Thailand) and domestic business trip
- Coordinating and facilitating with all departments
- Performing related tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:

- Submit a Japanese resume
- Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 30-39
- Bachelor's Degree in secretarial or any related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience as a secretary
- Good personality and well business manner
- Proficiency in English and Japanese in business level
PERFER
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000-60,000 THB/Month
