Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese top management
- Handle all secretarial duties including computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned
- Document translation and interpretation required for meetings (Thai and Japanese)
- Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activities follow-up and coordination
- Assist the Japanese Director with the marketing tasks, in charge of Thai market or marketing plan in Thailand
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, FEMALE ONLY , Age 25 – 30
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese or any related fields (Preferably Chulalongkorn/Thammasat/Japanese Universities)
- Good Command in English & Japanese
- PC Skill (Microsoft 0ffice)
- At least 3 years of work experience in any related fields
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience as a Secretary
- JLPT N1
- Proactive, dynamic, well organized, service minded, people person
Workplace Area: TBA
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 70,000-80,000 THB/Month
