Work outline: Handle and oversee the overall Customer Service in the Sea Freight Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Coordinate with contractors, shipping agencies, warehouse operation staffs, transportation agencies, and other related parties
Ø Manage and prepare daily import-export duties, documentation in the Sea Freight Department
Ø Manager and plan business’s Sea Freight operations
Ø Liaise and negotiate overall terms with shipping agencies, suppliers, and other related agencies
Ø Supervise and train junior staffs for optimal performance
Ø Visit Client with JP MD
Ø Other tasks which assigned by GM
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-50 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree
Ø At least 7 - 15 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding / similar function with an international freight management company
Ø Strong in rules and regulations ( For both air freight & Sea freight )
Ø management skills, strong leadership, service mind and a good team player
Ø Good command of English communication and presentations
Ø Good command of English literacy and computer skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
