Work Outline: Maximizes sales representative effectiveness by determining and solving their training needs. Based in Thailand but responsible for subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and neighboring countries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to company sales process in cooperation with subsidiaries and dealers in territory
Determines training needs of newbies and regular salesmen via onsite surveys and interviews; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers
Contributes to the continuous development and implements company sales training sessions as well as mentoring and coaching in-field when required
Improves training effectiveness and relevance by suggesting and adopting new approaches, upgrading sales tools and sales training techniques
Updates job knowledge as sales trainer by participating both internal and external sales training courses; regular reading of industry related publications and continuous experimentation of new “engagement methodologies” with new salesmen
Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related KPI’s as defined by the regional office`
Qualifications:

Thai nationality, Male or Female , Age 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree
English advanced conversational level
Experience in sales consultation or training
Experience in planning, development and exaction of sales training programs
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in planning and development of sales training
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or marketing
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Si Lom
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:15 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
