Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø To perform documentation job related with sales transaction such as PO, invoice and others
Ø Answering incoming calls from customers
Ø Response to customers’ inquiries
Ø Other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 24-28 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or other related fields
Ø 2 – 3 yrs. exp. of sales coordinator and/or admin
Ø Multi-tasking and love to handle lots of documents
Ø Working experience in similar industry/business
Ø Positive thinking, friendly and able to work under pressure
Ø Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Ø Good interpersonal skill and team player
Preferable:
Ø Working experience in service or hotel industries
Ø Working experience as Sales or Business Development
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 THB including all allowance
