Work outline: Responsibility in Sales Support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team (managing delivery products, demo units, writing letters, answering the phone, responding to emails, inventory checking and preparing documents, sourcing of office supplies, marketing pieces etc.)
Support of Administration, Human Resources
Support of logistic (import/ export process, prepare shipping documents, arranging transportation, checking inventories, contacting oversea factory by English, registration to TFDA etc.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, age 22-30 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
0-3 years’ experience in Sales Support /Logistic field /Medical /Importing/Exporting
Fresh graduate are welcome
Honest, responsible, outgoing and positive team player
Can use MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point) well
Able to work under pressure
Ability to adapt to different personality types
High Self-management in duty
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BRT Wad Dan
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000 – 28,000 THB negotiable
