Responsibility :
(Work Outline) : In charge of Sales Support/Sales Assistant/Sales Coordinator to support Sales Person and Looking after the Delivery Control , Shipping Tasks and Sales Documentary.
Product : Electronics Parts /Automotive Parts
- To receive and take orders from company customers
- To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
- To handle internal and customer queries.
- To communicate with oversea office for requirement needed.
- To coordinate with customers and shipping agent.
- To handle Import-Export operation

Desired skills & experiences:
(Must)
- Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female Age: 24– 35
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese/Business Administrative or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Assistant /Sales Support especially in Japanese Manufacturers (electronics Parts/Automotive Parts)
- Good command in written and spoken English & Japanese is a MUST!.
- Logical, Reasonable, Kind and Flexible to do multi-tasks in job
(Preferable Qualification)
- Experience working in Big Manufacturers for Electronic Parts or Automotive Parts or Industrial Products.
Workplace Area: Silom,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30
