Responsibility:
Brief Job Scope: The Buyer places and authorizes purchase orders within assigned limits. Expedites orders, tracks deliveries, resolves shipping errors, and maintains accurate records following established guidelines.
- The work outline：Support Japanese Sales to visit Clients (Sometime)and in charge of creating Sales Documents
- Work details：Coordinate with customers to create effective purchase and delivery plan.
- Support MD to deliver the expectation of customer to Thai Staffs.
- Coordinate with forwarding agent and ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Issue necessary document for sales function including invoice, delivery order, etc.
- Support sales team for inventory and delivery issue
- Working Place: Bangkok but might need to visit Factory/Company outside Bangkok (Have Company Car)
Qualification:
[Must]
- Female Only Age: 25-30
- At least 2 years working as Sales Assistant/Sales Coordinator Field
- Have experience in PC Office Microsoft.
- Be able to use English（business Level）& Japanese（conversational）
[Prefer]
- Experience working in Sales/Sales Coordinator for Automotive Company.
- Be able to speak Japanese in Business Level would be advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Workplace Area: Rama 9, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8:00 – 17.00) Saturday (There is attendance up to a client)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-50,000 THB/ Month
- Bonus 3- 10 months paid twice a year (Depend on company’s profit)
