Sales Supervisor (Air Freight) (25K-30K) (SDG-24052)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Sales Approach for our current customer's new lane and Import Handling by other agents, for increasing number of clearance and Revenue.
 After getting sales lead from Sales Department, hearing more details for customer's requirements and planning to submit quotations
 Expand the airfreight export/import/warehouse/cross boarder business under sales activity
 Set up the year and quarterly target and sales strategy with management
 Set up target customer and sales revenue and weight for each sales staff
 KPI for staff’s activity and reporting the result to management
 KPI for on time performance about quotation submission and respond to customer
 Hold meeting with sales team for checking activity for each sales staff
 Act as account owner for some big account
 Suggest the new business idea and change the business model to management
 Other takes as assigned


Workplace Area: MRT Petchaburi, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-18:00(Mon-Fri (8.30-18.00), sat twice a month (8.30-12.00))

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-30 years old
 Bachelor’s Degree in logistics or related field
 At least 2-3 years’ experience as Sales in airfreight business, logistics or related field
 Good command in English
 Good command of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
 Experience in handling big account in airfreight business
 Leadership as Sales member, meeting KPI for own sales activity
 Have own car with driving license
