เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

<Job Responsibilities>
- To calculate price correctly and on due date and explain to customer as assign under supervision.
- To provide a support various internal or external such as quotations, breakdown and gap analysis.
- Documents, participate in various internal and external meeting, create meeting minutes and report to concerned parties.
- To coordinate with concerned parties to response to customer’s requests.
- To support communication with other regions for meeting and ordering
- To maintain good relationship between customer and factory.
- To collect a various data and information and report to concerned parties.
- To corporate and provide a various support to members and company group as assign.
- To follow company’s rules and understand and act according to division, team and individual targets which related to management’s vision and policy.
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 22-25 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field.
- Welcome new graduate
- 1 years experience in sales representative / Prefer from Automotive industry
- Can communicate in Japanese (with JLPT N3-N2)
- Conversational level of English
- Computer literacy Able to use Excel - Vlookup & Pivot table
- Good personality, negotiation and communication skill

Workplace Area: BTS Prakhanong, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00((Mon-Fri) <Saturday Working: Depend on calender's company >)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- คำนวณราคาให้ถูกต้องและทันกำหนด พร้อมอธิบายให้ลูกค้าทราบตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายภายใต้การดูแล
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านต่างๆ ภายในหรือภายนอก เช่น ใบเสนอราคา รายละเอียด และการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่าง
- เอกสารเข้าร่วมการประชุมภายในและภายนอกต่าง ๆ จัดทำรายงานการประชุมและรายงานไปยังผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตอบสนองคำขอของลูกค้า
- เพื่อรองรับการสื่อสารกับภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ เพื่อนัดพบและสั่งซื้อ
- เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างลูกค้ากับโรงงาน
- เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ และรายงานให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
- เพื่อองค์กรและให้การสนับสนุนต่างๆ แก่สมาชิกและกลุ่มบริษัทตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของบริษัท ทำความเข้าใจ และดำเนินการตามแผนก ทีมงาน และเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และนโยบายของผู้บริหาร
- งานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น >
- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย หญิง อายุ 22-25 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านตัวแทนขาย 1 ปี / พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ (ด้วย JLPT N3-N2)
- ระดับการสนทนาของภาษาอังกฤษ
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Excel ได้ - Vlookup & Pivot table
- บุคลิกดี มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
