Work outline: Be in charge of exporting consumer electronics and electrical equipment to Egypt (HQ) procedure and all related tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Support exporting procedure of component parts to Head Office (EGYPT)
Ø Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate
Ø Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer
Ø Issue Invoice and purchase order to supplier
Ø Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
Ø Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request
Ø Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
Ø Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience in export field
Ø Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel (Vlookup)
Ø Good command of speaking and writing English
Preferable:
Ø Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers

English: Business Level

Workplace Area: (BTS) Surasak
Working Hour: 9:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 THB negotiable
