Sales Planning Staff (Automotive parts) (22K–25K) (SDG-115049)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Manage and analyze the sales budget, forecast, and actual data
- Oversee and consolidate annual Sales budget Data
- Communicate with overseas branches such as India, Indonesia and Vietnam to collect the Data
- Track and provide monthly Sales performance Data
2. Arrange shipment
- Coordinate timely product shipments to domestic and Export customers.
3. Manage price data in ERP system
- Apply accurate product pricing in the ERP system.
4. Conduct market research and consolidate reports for ASEAN and India regions
- Prepare detailed reports on Sales Data of Motorcycle/Automotive customers.
- Provide updates and news on competitors.
5. Provide Salesforce training for Business Unit Sales
- Order Intake, Contract Management, Profit & Cost Recovery item Management,
6. Lead cross-functional sales projects
- Sales related Audit, information Sharing to business Unit Sales members
- Perform other assigned duties



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Engineering or any related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales Planning, Sales, Business Planning, Marketing, or Supply chain management in the Automotive or Automotive parts industry
• Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 600 up/ To communicate with the report line and overseas branches)
• Strong analytical, communication, decision making, and negotiation skills
• Pro-activeness, Ability to work independently as well as part ofa team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Business level of English
• Experience in a Japanese company

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: 2-3 days per year *WFH>
*WIO 1-2 days per week / Other days WFH)
