Sales Manager (Plastic containers for cosmetics) (70K–95K) (SDG-117006)

<Job responsibilities>
1. Account Management:
- Maintain Strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Understand client needs and Provide tailored packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
- Regularly Communicate with key clients to Monitor their satisfaction and promptly resolve Any issues.
2. New Business Development for Thai local companies:
- Actively prospect and acquire new local customers in the cosmetic industry to expand the company's client base.
- Research and identify potential leads, particularly in the local market, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Monitor Sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for upper management, analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
4. Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales professionals to achieve Individual and team Sales objectives.
- Provide training, guidance, and Support to Sales team members, helping them Develop their skills and improve their performance.
- Other duties as assigned


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelors degree in any fields
・More than 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics industry.
・At least 1 year experience in managing a team (number of team members is not specified)
・Conversational high level - Business level of English to communicate with Japanese HQ and overseas clients.
・Have Driving License for commuting and sales activities
・Ability to understand the company's financial performance and set goals based on sales and profit considerations, while executing sales activities accordingly
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Have experience working at a cosmetic container manufacturing company.
・Have experience in developing new clients and connections

Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Bang Bo, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:00-18:00(Monday - Friday)
