Responsibility:
* Develop and implement sales strategy that ensure attainment of company sales objectives and profitability
* Conduct regular coaching and counseling with sales staff to build motivation and selling skill
* Set individual sales target & commission plans for sales team
* Negotiate trade term with buyers in order to generate profitable business for the company
* Coordinate with marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing plan New product launch, Promotion program, In-store merchandising, Etc.
* Analyze sales data to investigate lost sales and identify sales opportunities
* Identify new customers based on strategic/operational plan to expand business
* Plan, manage, and control selling expenses to meet budget guidelines
* Prepare business review to update situation with key accounts twice a year
* Regularly communicate and build good relationship with key customers
* Control trade debtors                     
         
Qualification:
* Thai nationality only, Age 35-40 years old, Male or Female is OK
* MBA graduate with minimum 5 year sales supervising experience in FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods)
* Experience in developing sales strategies and negotiating trade term in Modern trade channel
* Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead sales team
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Problem solving and analytical skills
* Good Command of MS Office
