Work Outline: Manage Sales team and sales activity of Freight Forwarding Services (Air Freight)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Complete annual forecasting and set sales volume and revenue targets.
Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
Develop standard operating procedures for major accounts.
Manage budgeted sales expenses for the assigned territory.
Responsible for sales quotations and bids.
Regularly attend joint calls with sales staff, collaborate in multi sales efforts.
Ensure the company’s Sales Reporting requirements are met by all sales staff.
Ensure accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities are accurately maintained and submitted in a timely manner by sales staff.
Develop actionable plans to prepare and present proposals for new business, extensions, enhancements, increasing business within each account and overcome objections to closure.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 33 years old and above
Bachelor degree or Higher in business or any related field
Problem Solving & Decision Making, Accountability & Responsibility, Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork, and Customer Focus.
Able to travel aboard for business trip.
4 -6 years of related experience in sales of Freight Forwarding industry is required with at least 5 years in management level.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
Excellent in English speaking & writing.
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Having strong experience in Air Freight business would be an advantage
Has people management skill and strong in Team leadership.

Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)

Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB
