Being a core member who helps building strong organization with MD
An opportunity to utilize your sales skills and gain management experiences
Work outline: Responsible for directing all aspects of sales activates and management of the team members with MD (as a playing manager)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Make sales strategy and execute the plan (e.g. what kind of clients we should focus on, how to contact them)
Set up KPI for the members and train subordinate (there are 3 members in the sales team: 36 years old male, 29 years old female, 25 years old female).
Visit clients, pitch products and conclude contracts (most of the clients you pitch to are Thai people in charge in purchase section in Japanese food companies).
Cooperate with Headquarters in Japan or Chinese group companies to coordinate products and logistics.
Directly report to MD regularly
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male , age 32-45 years
Bachelor Degree
More than 7 years of sales experiences (BtoB *any industries)
Experience in Japanese companies
Advanced Conversational Japanese (needed to communicate with MD and headquarters in Japan)
Have a sales-mind
Preferable Skill / Experience
English skills (at least Daily Conversational Level)
Languages skills
English: No
Japanese: Advanced Conversational (N3 Level)
Workplace Area: BTS Asok or MRT Shukmvit
Working Hour: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000THB negotiable
