Work Outline: To support the distributor network, expand and improve the communications channels between distributors and the company by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information
Duties & Responsibility:
Develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives
Directly supervise and provide leadership to Sales & Communications Assistant
Interacts with all levels throughout organization locally and internationally, including close contact with Distributors and vendors
Analyze sales and business trends
Develop and implement in-country promotions and ensuring that such promotions are communicated to the Distributor network
Support and assist in coordination of world-wide events by liaising with Corporate Events Department and International Sales & Communications
Plan, implement and follow-up on local events to motivate, train and inspire local distributors and support them in increasing their momentum and business growth
Qualifications:
[Must]
Male/Female above 27 years old
University Graduate or equivalent
5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a management position preferably in conference planning, corporate events, sales incentive planning and/or corporate communications systems
Ability to lead, direct and manage a sales support team
Having excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and human relations skills. Ongoing liaison and sales development of independent distributors will be a key function
Excellent oral and written English and Thai communication skills
Have an understanding of the principals of time management and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism
Ability to work in a results orientated atmosphere meeting tight deadlines under constant pressure
Computer literacy(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Must be able to work long daily hours, Saturdays, occasional Sundays and Holidays
Must be able to Travel (Have his/her own car)

Workplace Area: GPF Witthayu Towers
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 18:00) Saturdays, occasional Sundays and Holidays(Can switch days off)
