Sales Manager (50K-60K) (SDG-40162)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
 Meeting planned sales goals.
 Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
 Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
 Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
 Designing the sales incentive compensation scheme.
 Initiating and maintaining the B2B flow design for business direction
 Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
 The ongoing training of your salespeople.
 Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
 Promoting the organization and products.
 Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
 Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Biology or other related field of Science
 At least 7-10 years of working experience as Sales Manager in Chemical Industry especially in Fine Chemical Products
 Proven experience of Management skills more than 5 years
 Good command of verbal and written English skills (for internal and external communication)
 Literacy of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for Data Analysis
