<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for customer base and customer relationship management
- Receive purchase order (PO) from customers Check the details of the production order. Coordinate with the production department regarding delivery/delivery time.
- Check the order confirmation (Proforma Invoice) and production order (Sales Order) in the system.
- Responsible for planning work, and supervising the performance of subordinates. and training to provide knowledge in related work areas
- Coordinate with the Export Documentation Department in delivering goods and preparing export documents.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Department (QC) to prepare product specifications.
- Coordinate with purchasing department and quality control department to prepare product packaging.
- Coordinate with relevant departments when there are complaints from customers. to reply to customers as soon as possible
- Coordinate with product research and development department When customers modify product specs or develop new products
- Responsible for notifying details of shipping / samples (Shipment Advice) and sending copies of export documents to customers before the date where the product/sample reaches its destination
- Coordinate the process after delivery, check, follow up with the relevant original documents. and follow up on payments from customers
- Responsible for and preparation of sales documents
1. Store quality system documents such as ISO, BRC, MSC, HALAL, GHPs, HACCP, etc.
2. Prepare and store a database of customers, products, sales prices, etc.
3. Prepare and store information about orders, sales, promotions, etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience in Sales in any industry
- Remarkable experiences in Selling skill
- Good command of spoken/written and listening English. (With customers and Japanese Manager)
- Have a driving license (Company car provided)
- Japanese Speaking N3 up
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- 2 years experience in the sales of frozen foods / Foods
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Muang, Samutsakhon
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri (Saturday depends on company calendar, approx2 Saturdays/ month))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- รับผิดชอบฐานลูกค้าและการบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์
- รับใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) จากลูกค้า, ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดของใบสั่งผลิต, ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิตเกี่ยวกับการจัดส่ง/เวลาการส่งมอบ
- ตรวจสอบการยืนยันการสั่งซื้อ (Proforma Invoice) และใบสั่งผลิต (Sales Order) ในระบบ
- รับผิดชอบงานวางแผนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของลูกน้อง และอบรมให้ความรู้ในส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับแผนกเอกสารส่งออกในการส่งสินค้าและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการส่งออก
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ (QC) เพื่อจัดทำข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพเพื่อจัดเตรียมบรรจุภัณฑ์สินค้า
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อมีข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า เพื่อตอบกลับลูกค้าโดยเร็วที่สุด
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ เมื่อลูกค้าปรับเปลี่ยนสเป็คสินค้าหรือพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่
- รับผิดชอบการแจ้งรายละเอียดการขนส่ง/ตัวอย่าง (Shipment Advice) และส่งสำเนาเอกสารการส่งออกให้กับลูกค้าก่อนวันที่สินค้า/ตัวอย่างถึงปลายทาง
- ประสานงานขั้นตอนหลังการส่งมอบ ตรวจสอบ ติดตามเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบและจัดทำเอกสารการขาย
1. จัดเก็บเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO, BRC, MSC, HALAL, GHPs, HACCP เป็นต้น
2.จัดทำและจัดเก็บฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า สินค้า ราคาขาย ฯลฯ
3.จัดเตรียมและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ การขาย โปรโมชั่น ฯลฯ

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 23 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ 2 ปีในการขายในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์ที่โดดเด่นในทักษะการขาย
- สามารถพูด/เขียนและฟังภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (กับลูกค้าและผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- มีใบขับขี่ (มีรถบริษัทให้)
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น N3 ขึ้นไป
