Sales (Interior Design) (35K–42K) (SDG-116179)

<Job responsibilities>
- Maintain relations with existing clients 20% and new clients 80%
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and GP within a specific time in KPI
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
- Have knowledge and Understanding of interior decoration or interior Design
- Skilled in Understanding client needs and preferences through comprehensive consultations, tailoring Design solutions accordingly.
- Provide brief to the Sales Support team, Design team, and construction team for making quotations and presentation
- Request and confirm delivery schedule between the Sales Support team and customer
- First-hand gathering of claim information from customers and brief Sales Support to complete the claim process
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Act as Project leader to lead other departments to complete the Project
- Coordinate with the accounting Department to follow up on the collection of payment in case of overdue payment
- Participate in Marketing events such as seminars and season greetings.
- Other duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architect, or a related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience as B to B Business.
- Strong interest in interior
- Conversational high English level ( to Communicate with Management level and foreign clients such as Chinese America and Japan)
- Able to visit clients (2-3 times/week or more depending on the situation), car and driver provided
- Attractive and ambitious to Achieve the target
- Strong Communication and organization skills
- Fast learning, patient, good attitude and can Work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- At least 2 years of sales Interior or Sales project experience in Office Building
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design
- Can join ASAP

Workplace Area: BTS Siam
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday-Friday (Flexible hours after probation))
