Responsibility:
•   Taking care of Customer, After Service Maintenance. 
•   Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
•   Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
•   Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
•   Checking the quantities goods and current stock
•   Liaising with suppliers to check the existing orders and deliver the goods in time
      
Qualification:
•   Male, Thai Nationality, Age 27-32
•   Bachelor‘s degree in Engineer or related field
•   At least 3-4 year’ experience in Sales Engineer/Engineer Support/Sales in Trading Company.
•   Business Level in written and spoken English.
•   Energetic / Strong Minded and Problem Solver would be suitable for this position.
        *English in Business Level (TOEIC: 700)
