Duties & Responsibility

On behalf of the Japanese General Manager, overall management of the sales organization department
(Detail)
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development
Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Australia
Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmer plans
Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives
Desired skills & experiences:

Thai Nationality Only, Male or Female, Age: 38– 45
Minimum 5 years experience in good background in management field
Experience in Food business field (for Consumer Business)
Bachelor's degree in sales or any related field
have good interpersonal skills
Very good command of English to spoken & written

Very good command of Japanese to spoken & written
Languages skills:
English: Business level
Japanese: Conversational level (N3-N2) *Prefarable
Workplace Area:Chitlom / Bangkok (BTS Chitlom)
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (7.30 – 16.15)
