Work Outline: Sales assistant will handle with documents, order receipt and issuance, delivery control and negotiation with suppliers and customers. She has to routinely input necessary information regarding sales / purchase contract into company system, create payment, expenses W/F, and etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage delivery documents, tax invoice, debit note, credit note, sales and purchase contract, breakdown and quotation
Issue receipt and payment instruction slip
Arrange the delivery and negotiate the delivery conditions with customers and suppliers.
Arrange the data by using Accounting System
Support sales activities
Others as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only, Age 22-27 years old
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (highly preferable)
1 – 2 years of working experience as sales coordinator / sales (highly preferable)
New graduated is also welcome
Good command in English (writing email and communicating with JP Manager)
Excellent interpersonal skill
Detail oriented
Preferable Skill / Experience
willing to be in the back office and love working on documents
Languages skill
English: Advanced conversation level (TOEIC at least 700) (TOEIC certificate must be submitted together with the application)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17.00 (Working Hour 7.25 hours) (Lunch break 12:00 – 13:15)
