Branch & Technical Center in Thailand is the center of Asia area.
Willing to work with big company (has almost 20,000 staffs in Asia Area)
Work outline: Responsible for supporting sales dept. (oversea) and import-export related matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving and taking orders from Customers
Handle and prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory
Communicate and manage within internal and external departments, and also customer queries
Communicate between Thai and oversea offices for requirement needed
Liaise with customers and freight forwarder
Manage Import-Export operation in automobile air-con product
Visit manufacturing in Ayutthaya occationary
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 25-30 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Japanese Language, Logistics, or other related fields
1 – 3 yrs. exp. in import-export, logistics, and sales coordinator
Knowledge in export will be advantage
Good command of Japanese (Above JLPT N3 level) (dealing with Japanese sales)
Good command of English
Excellent interpersonal skill with service-minded
Able to work under pressure and team work
Preferable:
Experience in automotive industries will be advantage
Working experience in Sales in Automotive industries will be preferable
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level (highest)
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (At least JPLT N3)
Workplace Area: BTS Phrompong
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30 (some Saturday depends on company’s calendar)
