Work outline: In charge of support sales and admin tasks

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø    Purchasing & Planning Coordinator
Ø    Issue Purchase order base on forecast and inventory
Ø    Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents
Ø    In charge of basic admin task in the office
Ø    In charge of import-export process
Ø    Coordinate purchasing agreements with outstanding vendor relationships
Ø    Communicate with concerned departments, vendors, and executive management to ensure procurement goals and met
Ø    Issue Quotation , Invoice and some other sales documents

Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø    Thai Nationality, male/female, Age 22-30 years old
Ø    Bachelor Degree
Ø    Fresh Graduate is welcome
Ø    Japanese at N3 Level or above
Ø    Have a good command of English (needed in communicating with GM and headquarter)

Preferable:
Ø    Have working experience as a Sales Coordinator more than 2 years
Ø    Knowledge about trading (both imports and exports)
Ø    Working experiences in Japanese Manufacturing company or related industries

Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3 or above)

Workplace Area: Samutprakarn
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri / Need to work on Saturday every 2 weeks)

About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 45,000 THB negotiable (Include)
