Sales coordinator (Garment) (23K–31K) (SDG-115226)
<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely production and delivery of garments (e.g., polo shirts, custom-designed products).
- Manage communication with clients, particularly in the US and Europe, via email and occasionally in person.
- Oversee the production process, including fabric specifications, design, and garment construction (shirt collars, shaping, etc.).
- Use the SAP system for inventory Management and stock replenishment.
- Prepare and analyze Sales reports to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Handle import/Export documentation and ensure smooth international trade operations.
- Work closely with factories to manage production schedules, ensure product quality, and address any issues.
- Visit factories in Bangkok and nearby provinces regularly to monitor production and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Estimate production costs and Prepare monthly Sales forecasts.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Candidate who has experience A, B or C as below
A : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Representative, International Sales in the Garment industry
B : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Assistance, and Customer Service in the Garment industry
C : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Representative in any product with a degree in Fashion Design
- able to speak English well to present the product and Negotiate with foreign clients online and Face-to-Face (Conversational high level or business level of English)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel.
- knowledge of garment production processes, fabric specifications, and design.
- Willingness to travel frequently to factories in Bangkok and nearby provinces. (company provides car and driver)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Previous Experience in the garment business or production control is preferred.
- Experience in dealing with US and European clients is a plus.
- Comfortable with international communication and working with overseas clients.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is a significant advantage.
- Experience in Imported-Exported product
