Work Outline: To support sales and work closely with Sales and suppliers/customers
Duties & Responsibility:
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team work load if needed
Prepare report upon request from manager
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, 25-32 years
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 3 years of working experiences in International Company
SAP Experience
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have working experience in Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level (Middle to high)
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.15 (Mon-Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 THB including all Allowance
