Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle and manage Domestic Export shipments to smoothly and efficiency operation
Monitor the loading and unloading of goods received and to deliver with group company
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Booking the vessel and revert booking confirmation to customer
Contact Co-agent in oversea for prepare shipment and send pre alert
Contact Carrier, Co-loader for issues MB/L
Contact Carrier, Co-loader, Customer, Sales, Shipping for amendment B/L –
Solving the problems for customers
Other tasks as assigned by Japanese MD
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, female only, age 22-28 years old
Fresh Graduated are welcome
Good Attitude / Fast Learner /Polite
Good command in MS Office Skills (Word, Excel)
Understand and willing to learn new tasks as assigned
Preferable Skill / Experience
At least 1 year of working experience in Logistics field
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 THB negotiable
