Big Supplier to all Automotive Industrial company
Branch & Technical Center in Thailand is the center of Asia area.
Willing to work with big company (has almost 20,000 staffs in Asia Area)
Work outline: Responsible for supporting sales dept. (domestic) and export related matters
Duties & Responsibilities:
To receive and take orders from company customers.
To prepare related documents for sales such as P/O, tax invoice and follow up delivery schedule with customers and factory.
To handle internal and customer queries.
To communicate with oversea office for requirement needed.
To coordinate with customers and shipping agency.
To handle Import-Export operation.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, female only, age 23-27 years
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Japanese Language, Logistics, or other related fields
At least 1 – 3 yrs. exp. in Sales and Sales Coordinator is a must
Knowledge in export will be advantage
Good command in English
Excellent interpersonal skill with service-minded
Able to work under pressure
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in automotive industries will be advantage
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (At least JPLT N3) will be advantage
Workplace Area: BTS Phrompong
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon – Fri)
