Sales coordinator (Chinese Speaking HSK5) (27K–32K) (SDG-118434)

<Job responsibilities>
- Order & Documentation Management :
Prepare and proceed with purchase orders, shipping documents, invoices, and other related documentation for automotive trading operations.
- Logistics & Delivery Coordination :
Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams, while monitoring shipment progress.
- Supplier & Partner Communication :
Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers of other Asia, customers, and service providers to facilitate smooth business operations.
- Payment & Financial Processing :
Coordinate payment schedules, process invoices, and follow up with transactions in alignment with company policies.
- Compliance & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring all documents comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Others :
Assist the management team with ad hoc projects and other administrative tasks as required.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, purchasing, or import/export.
- English conversational high level (Communication with foreign clients / suppliers, E-mail and documents)
- Chinese Conversation High level (Communication with Japanese clients and email) (HSK5 or above)
- Comfortable working with international teams and business partners.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and Documentation work.
- Able to travel upcountry.
< Preferable skills/Experience >
- Japanese (JLPT: Level 2 is an advantage.)
- Chinese (HSK5 to above is an advantage)
- candidate who has working Experience in the Automotive industry will be an advantage.
- work well under pressure and be able to handle multiple tasks independently as well as a team.
