Sales Coordinator (20K–25K) (SDG-114883)

<Job responsibilities>
- Cooperating with the Sales team, customers, and manufacturing in matters related to the sale process is ongoing and effective.
- Take orders from customers (Thailand and other countries), Coordinate with manufacturing regarding production Plan and shipment arrangement, and ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Keep a Record of monthly Sales volume and report to the marketing & Sales manager by the end of the month.
- Responsibility for other Sales secretary jobs per the assignment of marketing & Sales Manager.
- Support the productivity improvement activities, Suggestion system, and company compliance.
- Other tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 24 - 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Sales coordination in the Chemical Industry or any related field in Manufacturing
- Conversational high English level ( to Communicate with foreign customers via email and documents )
- Have basic skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have skills in import and Export and Coordinate with manufacturing regarding production plans.

Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday)
