Sales Coordinator (25K–28K) (SDG-114298)

<Job responsibilities>
- Coordinate with client and supplier
- Prepare Sales documents (ex. PO, PR, DO, Invoice, etc.)
- Estimate purchase order (from client) and report to Immediate supervisor
- Prepare and schedule material control
- Manage and liaise product delivery to client
- Coordinate with internal accounting dept.
- Manage Stock and inventory
- Prepare and keep ISO document
- Handle complaints and after-Sales service
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor or authorized management



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in any field-related
- At least 1-2 years as a Sales Coordinator in a trading company
- Conversation high or Business level in English both speaking and writing (Communicate with Japanese staff and e-mail to headquarters)
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Able to travel to another city (Chonburi)
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have Driving License
- Special consideration for knowledge in ERP system
- Have Experience working in a Japanese company ( trading industry, special consideration)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday- Work on Saturday once a month (08:30 – 11:30 AM) for training)
