Work outline: Document preparation at the sales department in charge of importing and exporting overseas
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Read documents(Written in Both English and Thai)
Ø Document preparation (Quotation etc.)
Ø Tasks related ISO(Making a list of client’s information, checking Whether things are done correctly along the list, If not, Making a document and posting it in order to follow the rule of ISO)
Ø Be expected to be a Sales person (Clients: Steel manufacturer, Trading company and so on) ,if you have enough knowledge and skill,
Ø Mainly new sales are introduced from existing customers
Ø Official language is Thai (Every Japanese can speak Thai)
Ø Will take the place of employees who take maternity leave from January and employees who have retired (The employee who will take maternity leave will come back after that)
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, age 26-35 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø Fair command in English(Advanced Conversational level)
Ø At least 3 years work experience of import/export field (ex. Trading company, Import & Export Department in manufacturing company and so on.)
Preferable:
Ø Persistent person
Ø The person who can work for a long period
Ø The person who can carry out office work carefully without mistakes
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mondays-Fridays, Saturday every other week)
